Kaput Kitten is Here!

Yes the latest version of Panchira!, version 5 “Kaput Kitten” is finally unveiled, hurray for fucking tardiness, yeah i know I’ve been a bit missive regarding Panchira! and its still not as i want it to be, but its coming along nicely, so here are some of the changes:
- New Theme – Why oh why? the other theme was kick ass awesome!!! yeah i know i created it! still it had 2 fatal flaws, 1) it was overly complex, so small changes or updates in the core code meant yours truly was constantly hacking away and 2) it was completely independent of the code, and that made it even more complicated, while this new theme, is 99% CSS work, so most of updates in the future wont break the site! also i paid attention to the complaints on the old design and tried and fix it on this one, gone are glaring colors and little fonts!
- Improved Performance – That’s partly case the new theme is much lighter on the eyes and also lots of updates of the code.
- New Chat – Yay chattinggggg!!! MOARZZZ!!!! yep yep chat and its for everyone (don’t need to be a member to chat), so expect lots of members from hentaish,tentakle,neechan and such to drop by for a bit of fun.
- Your own Picture Album – I know… finally, its a bit plain as of now, but the software will improve with time and will offer more albums and other media uploads in the coming months ^_^
TODO LIST!
- Forum – Yeah its on its way, just not now, cause i wanted this version online as soon as possible, but pretty soon, the current forum wont go away it will become the groups forums (it will reside as a tab of groups)
- Better Image Upload – Kinda self explanatory!
- Video Gallery – Kinda self explanatory!

means its improving the image upload ie, mass image upload, tweaking images, creating multiple albums… kinda that and a video gallery, so naming the thing kinda explains itself hehehe ^_^

haiiii im working on it and a lot of new things for panchira, still the new forum comes first, the rest will come crashing down as well heheheh so yeah i also like the new theme, its crisper and simpler to use, still like i said, work in progress, version 5.1 is on the way!
ill like send a mail to everyone, when i think the new version is just like i want it (the same way why i haven linked all my other hentai sites to the panchira chat hehehe)

short and furry reply is…. panchira is a work in progress, it will eventually have everything we all want, its just a matter of me having the time and the core code being able to provide all the features (a good media/file hosting solution is on the way), for now im working on fixing the forum and adding a more complete forum experience hehehe ^_^ one thing at a time!

Question with the video gallery, are we allowed to upload because i will be downloading a fair bit of hentai soon, also if uploading is available will anime also be able to be uploaded?

yes you will be able to download, but it wont be full HD encodes like in http://www.hentaish.com/anime/ it will be compressed/streaming file sizes…
