First of all, i (@fiend) don’t like rules or guidelines… i kinda would like as much freedom as possible, but since we don’t live in a perfect world, might as well put some smallish rules and guidelines to help everyone make Panchira! the awesome place we all want it to be, also you should see these rules not just as a good idea on Panchira!, but on any site online, its not a case of netiquette (that’s just silly), but more of helping everyone understand each other and keeping the community clean and organized…

Terms of Service, Rules and Guidelines:

1. Senpai Guidelines: Senpai can be considered the admins of Panchira!, their responsibility and obligation is to  help any member of Panchira! as well as keeping the site clean, posting new content if needed and overall just keeping everyone happy ^_^.
2. Spamming, Flaming or any Kind of Adverts or Promotion: Not too say you cant talk about other sites and hentai communities and such, sure, feel free, but it should be obvious that referring them must be in the threads context (example: referring to a good hentai video site on a thread about hentai video, is not only fine but welcomed) as well as the sites must be user-friendly and nice.
3. Create A Thread In The Right Section and Name it Correctly: Yes, i know saying this is a bit silly, but please create a new thread on the right group or section, its not that difficult and if you have a doubt, just use the General Group or anything related with this community, panchira, hentai, anime… also please give a proper title to the post, it makes it hard and silly if you post threads with titles like “I want to”,”tomorrow is now”,”can you get me”,”dsihfofiwenf” or whatever, just like with a e-mail subject, the title is suppose to be a small resume of what you are writing on the main post.
4. “Forum/Group Flood” Is a Big No-No: That is to say, posting excessively things like “thanks”,”hello”, “that is funny”, anything that adds nothing relevant to the posts, then you shouldn’t write it, use your own judgment, I’m sure you will do fine, also this includes unclear or strange posts that make no sense or creating similar threads to the ones that already exist, unless its a very old thread or something relevant happen that makes a new thread better (example: talking about a anime show, but then the second season comes along… it might be nice to start a new thread), as well as putting loads of flash, images or embeds in a post, please refrain from doing so, if you want to make a image or flash thread, then make multiple post in the thread, all of this is of course is void for your own profile (you are free to post whatever you want on your own profile).
5. Content and Uploads: Although we accept every kind of content, we do have some guidelines, this is a anime, manga, japan, hentai community so most of the content should be around that, although we arent strict on this, but please use some good judgment while uploading stuff that isn’t related, example: posting pictures about a new video game is fine (fair use), posting playboy pictures is not (off-topic and copyright).
6. Safety and Security: Panchira! is a closed network, to see the contents you must be a member, however while being a member on Panchira!, most if not all of the content is free to any member to view (unless it has a private option), so please if you don’t want personal information to leak out, don’t post it on Panchira!
7. Protect Everyone’s Rights: We respect other people’s rights, and expect you to do the same, so don’t bother people or go on a *perv on crack*, this site is a nice place for everyone, so don’t go around being a jackass, that includes being a idiot, asshole, moron, dumb-ass, jerk, retard, stupid, douche-bag, dickhead, tool, prick, dipshit, retarded, imbecile…. or just overall annoying ^^
8. Be an adult: or at least act like one, this is an adult site, but i don’t really think the imaginary age wall of 18 is the proper way to treat people, there are a lot of 18 year old children!!!! so if you are not interested in adult stuff and or don’t care about hentai or anime, then feel free, not to join, if you are interested and follow the rules, then you are welcome, whatever the age you have.
